    It’s inevitable that someone will occasionally need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. With Microsoft Bookings, this change can happen without your involvement. Customers simply access the appointment in their calendar or click on the confirmation email that is automatically sent after an appointment is made, and then pick an alternate time and date based on your availability. If you’re worried about last-minute cancellations, Bookings allows you to control how much advance notice is required.

    Automated reminders and confirmations help avoid missed appointments

    A missed appointment means reduced revenue and wasted time. To help minimize these occurrences, Bookings automatically sends participants a confirmation email immediately after an appointment is made, allowing them to quickly add it to their calendar of choice. To further remind your customers, Bookings also allows you to schedule automated reminder emails based on how much notice you’d like to give prior to the appointment.

    Easily view and manage your booking calendar from within Office 365. You can cancel, reschedule, or reassign a certain appointment to another staff member all from one online portal.

    Bookings rolling out to Office 365 Business Premium customers

    Microsoft has announced that Bookings will first be rolled out to Office 365 Business Premium customers, but plans are in the works to release this highly-anticipated feature to other O365 service plans soon.
